The Hayden

The Hayden, with two locations, is an all-day diner with a menu heavily inspired by the classic Jewish delicatessens of the East and West coast. We serve food and a full-cocktail menu with charming South Texas vibes located at 4025 Broadway St. in the heart of Alamo Heights, and at 10003 Military Highway.

The Hayden was opened in 2020 by Adam Lampinstein as a reimagining of the old school diner and neighborhood Jewish delicatessen. Open for brunch, lunch, and dinner, The Hayden is a restaurant where everyone is welcome. We’re a friendly space, where we mingle our deep love and respect for the classic deli fare with the charming vibe of your local roadside South Texas diner.

With The Hayden, we set out to create an all-purpose spot where both food and cocktails will always be creative and thoughtful, just never over thought or fussy. The Hayden family serves delicious food & delivers authentic hospitality - because to us that still matters.
