Mitch’s Downtown Bagel Cafe
With three locations now, Mitch’s Downtown Bagel Café started in 1993 when Mitch Shidlofsky moved to South Florida from New York, seeking a better life for his then four-year-old son, Jordan. Two years later, his second son, Adam, was born. He was desperately searching for a way to support his family while having the flexibility to spend a lot of time with his children. The answer was the bagel/deli business. Fast forward to today, and Adam has joined forces with his father to create our new concept, which is expanding throughout South Florida.
Mitch’s Downtown Bagel Café locations are culinary havens where a passion for food, family, and community converge. With locations across South Florida, our family-owned restaurants are more than just a dining destination – they embody warmth and tradition, taking you back to the vibrant hustle and bustle of New York City.
